Twenty boreholes are set to be drilled across the county at a cost of Kshs. 42,151,384.

He further requested for support in water distribution to increase access to water by the Nyamira residents.
The chairman of NWHSA, Erick Okeyo hailed the working relationship between the county government and NWHSA. He gave an assurance that they will implement the contract to the letter.
Others witnessing the signing of the contract were ; the County secretary, CCO for water and director legal services.
